In this workshop we will explore the Feldenkrais method in theory and practice. We will clarify this somatic approach in the context of movement, integration and embodiment. The components of every human action are thinking, feeling, sensing and moving. They are inseparable. With the Feldenkrais method we can learn through movement, perception and sensation to integrate, re-organize and self-regulate on all human levels.
